An emailer that runs by itself.

The EBS mailer is an automated emailer we built for a client. It took over a job a part-timer was paid by the hour to do.

The problem

Emails, paid by the hour

The client paid a part-timer to send cold emails that find new leads. That came to about S$30 a day, or about 2.5 hours of sending at about S$12 an hour.

What we built

One script, then nothing to do

We built an automated emailer: a script, for a one-off S$500. It sends the emails on a schedule and runs on its own. Nobody has to think about it. It sends about 500 emails a day.

The result

Leads that became clients

It brought in at least 10 leads that became clients, worth at least S$10,000 in revenue.

Your results depend on your business. We'll map them out on your fit call.

How it works

From a list to a reply

Four steps, and the last one is the only one a person sees.

  1. A listThe people to email.
  2. A templateThe message, written once.
  3. A scheduled sendIt goes out on its own.
  4. RepliesLeads write back.

I was paying someone by the hour to send my emails, and keeping on top of it took a lot of my time and effort too. Now it just goes out on its own. I sit back, open my inbox and watch the leads come in. Honestly, I wish I'd done it sooner.
